Educational outings and excursions
Providing educational experiences for children outside the classroom is an essential part of the school curriculum. Sanando Corazones educational outings program is seeking to maximise the opportunities for children to enjoy a variety of educational excursions. There are many types of experiences undertaken – cultural visits, subject learning applied in an outdoor environment, outdoor activities, environmental projects, residential excursions. During the outings children experience what otherwise will never have possible for them to see . Outings provide insight into other cultures and countries.
Children from low income families are often denied the privileged of partaking in cultural and social events such as theater, music and even simple popular children entertainment that is circus. For many of these children and their parents it's a lifetime opportunity to see theater play, ballet, circus show or music concert. We organized outing to main cultural events in Lima, ballet Municipal de Lima, world famous Cirque du Soleil and State Russian Circus from Moscow, international musical events such as Celtic Legends from Ireland, world famous Obraztsof puppet theater, Divercity - educational theme park, Zoo, amusement parks and many others.
